TriState Home Consulting Group LLC provides roofing, gutter, and exterior home improvement services to residential and commercial properties in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. All work is performed under Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor License #PA203687.
Free inspections and estimates are provided without obligation. A separate written contract will be executed before any work begins. All work is governed by the terms stated in the signed contract, including scope, pricing, payment schedule, and warranty provisions.
TriState Home Consulting Group LLC may assist homeowners in documenting property damage and communicating with insurance carriers. We do not act as public adjusters and our assistance does not guarantee claim approval or any particular outcome. Homeowners remain responsible for compliance with their insurance policy terms and deadlines.
Payment terms are specified in the individual project contract. We accept check, ACH, and credit card. Deposits may be required for material procurement. Final payment is due upon project completion and homeowner walkthrough approval.
We offer a lifetime workmanship warranty covering installation defects on all completed roofing projects. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranty claims require that the property owner maintain the system in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and that no unauthorized modifications have been made.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TriState Home Consulting Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
