Your Neighborhood Roofing Contractor in Louisville, OH
TriState Home Consulting Group LLC works on roofs, siding and gutters throughout Louisville and the rest of Stark County. We are a registered Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor, PA HIC #PA203687. Most of what we do starts with an insurance claim, and we handle that side of it too.
Louisville Weather and What It Does to a Roof
Northeast Ohio weather is hard on a roof, and Louisville gets the full run of it. Freeze and thaw cycles work at flashing and shingle edges all winter, then summer storms bring wind and hail. Louisville sits about 7 miles northeast of Canton, so we start every inspection on the elevations that take the most exposure.
Roofing and Exterior Services We Provide in Louisville
We install and repair asphalt shingle roofs, metal roofing, slate and tile, and EPDM rubber on flat sections. We also install seamless gutters, downspouts and siding. Every Louisville job starts with a free on-site inspection and a written scope.
Storm Damage Insurance Claims in Louisville
If a storm hit your roof, the claim is where most homeowners get stuck. We photograph the damage, write the scope, and meet your adjuster at the property. When the first estimate misses items, we file a supplement.
About Louisville, OH
Louisville is a Stark County city of 9,521 people, a suburb about 7 miles northeast of Canton in the Canton-Massillon metropolitan area. It covers 5.49 square miles, all of it land, at roughly 1,099 feet. The east branch of Nimishillen Creek runs through the city. It was settled in 1834 and took its present spelling when the post office opened in 1837.
Working on Louisville Homes
Louisville was formally settled on October 8, 1834 by Henry Lautzenheiser, from Germany, and Frederick Fainot, a French Huguenot. It was named for Lautzenheiser's son Lewis and called Lewisville, which also suited its surveyor Lewis Vail. When the post office was established in 1837 under first postmaster Sam Petree, Ohio already had a Lewisville, so the spelling changed to Louisville. In its early days the town competed with the fellow Nimishillen Township community of Harrisburg, also known as Barryville, for growth. The east branch of Nimishillen Creek flows through the city. We work on that stock the same way every time: get on the roof, open up what needs opening, and show you photographs of what is actually there before anyone talks about price.
Houses that went up in the same stretch of years tend to fail in the same places, and after enough jobs on one street you learn where to look first. That is worth more to a homeowner than a bigger crew or a faster quote. That mix is what we plan around before quoting anything.
Call 724-308-9907 and we will tell you the next open slot rather than putting you on a list. That number is a range from real jobs in Stark County, not a national average pulled off a calculator. You can ask for our PA HIC number and check it before you let anyone on your roof.
We put the supplement in writing so you can see exactly what the carrier left out. If a job is outside what we do well, we will say so and point you at someone who does. Nothing about that inspection obligates you to anything, and we do not run a follow-up phone campaign.
