Negley is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in eastern Middleton Township, Columbiana County, with 274 people at the 2020 census. It sits at roughly 856 feet on both the North Fork of the Little Beaver Creek and Bull Creek, at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, near the Pennsylvania border. The community covers 0.89 square miles, all of it land. It was platted in 1883 by the railway that named it.

The short-line Youngstown and Southeastern Railroad still passes through.
